I remember when you valued the flats in Jan of 2008 and then again in January of this year and i must confess that i was a bit disappointed with your 2009 valuations but you were right and i have a lot of respect for you because there are too many estate agents who tell the client what the client wants to hear rather than tell the truth and give realistic achievable sale prices.
I would like to express my gratitude to yourself, Ashley and Sarah, in all my dealings with Chamberlains over the years in both lettings and sales i have always felt very comfortable and that is not something i can say about other agents in Birmingham.
I believe that your team did an outstanding job in selling my flats in such a short period of time and most importantly of all from my point of view you achieved sale prices that i was extremely happy with. Selling any property even when the market is booming can be a stressful experience and for you to have sold 6 flats in what can only be described as a very difficult market and to have dealt with the myriad of problems and obstacles that were thrown up during this process was absolutely brilliant. In particular i would like to thank you for your masterful and deftly diplomatic dealings with our friends the solicitors who did not earn their fees and were slow, unhelpful and behaved at times like kids !!! I truly do not think that i would have received such an excellent result or received such a high level of service, communication and problem solving with any other agents. Chamberlains earned their fees and you and your team more than earned your bonus.
